Governing Documents

Application forms are available here for use in securing approval for the construction of a new home, or modifications to an existing home.  You should print two copies of the form - complete one and submit it to the Environmental Control Committee, and retain the other one for your records.  The forms are in Portable Document Format (PDF) and you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to read them or print them.  That free program is available for download by accessing the Adobe logo in the left margin below.

The Environmental Control Committee is charged with the responsibility of coordinating all construction projects, including both new and changes to existing properties.  This committee is dedicated and committed to discharging their duties in a manner that is consistent with the covenants of the Glades, maintenance of property values, and common sense.  Your cooperation and understanding is greatly appreciated.

 

   


 

IMPORTANT

All Board of Directors Meetings are held at the Gulf Beach Baptist Church on the corner of South Glades Trail and Hutchison Boulevard in their Fellowship Hall.
