The Glades Homeowner’s Association Annual Membership meeting was held on Sunday, February 25, 2018 at 1:30 PM, Central Time at the Edgewater Beach Resort Conference Center, 11212 Front Beach Rd., Panama City Beach, FL 32407.

Opening Remarks

• John Paul Jones called the meeting to order at 2:10 PM.
• Quorum was attained with six voting board members present.

Election of Officers:

• Gus Martell motioned to approved Dina Brown as Secretary and George McNitt as Treasurer. Thomas Trossen seconded. Motion carried 6-0

Meetings to be held at the Gulf Beach Baptist Church at 6:30 P.M. unless posted otherwise.

Annual Meeting will be held February 24, 2019 at the Edgewater Beach Resort Conference Center.

Special Meetings will be posted 48 hours in advance.

• Gus Martell motioned for the slate of officers to be Thomas Joseph Trossen as President, Jeromey Gillespie as Vice President, Jim Snyder as Environmental Control Chairman, John Paul Jones as Environmental Control Vice Chairman, Gus Martell as Maintenance Chairman and Jeff Storey as Board Communications and Public Relations Chairman. Jeromey Gillespie seconded. Motion carried 6-0

Adjournment

• Jeff Storey motioned to adjourn. Jeromy Gillespie seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
