Any Glades member, if you see anything out of the ordinary or if you have any ideas that you would like to propose to make our place nicer and better, we welcome your comments. Please don’t forget to pick up after your dog. If you see anyone fishing in our 3 ponds please let us know right away, it is not safe to let kids alone near the ponds.
The Maintenance Committee shall attend to maintenance of all The Glades Owners Association common areas including entryways, retention ponds, mailboxes, temporary and permanent signage, including the solicitation of contract proposals for such maintenance. The Committee shall also provide oversight and acceptance of contract work approved by the Board of Directors.
